If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.
How to Start a Return
Use our Contact Form to let us know what happened. Include:
- Your Order Number
- A short description of the issue
You may return the item for:
- A refund
- An exchange
- A replacement (if still in stock)
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect the return. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card issuer time to process.
SHIPPING
We ship only to the US from New York City. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Typical turnaround time is 5 business days.
